Losing Weight or Get Shamed
So, a couple of my friends, LadyTea and Doug share a goal of losing some weight. Neither is fat, but they each want to slim down a bit before the summer. So, in the interest of motivation, I have promised to post a picture of LadyTea in her bikini and Doug in a speedo on May 1st.
So, prepare yourselves to witness the beauty of two svelte people who are committed to their goals. (By the way… I have two awesome stories coming soon… haven’t had the time to type them up yet)

Its funny that you mention this weight loss stuff because I just posted part 1 of 2 on my website Your Daily Remedy on my own weight loss and I’m going to share a bunch of information that will hopefully help others do it to.

Heh… nice motivation.
Motivation doesn’t work like this though… in the moment, they will be more motivated to go for the burgers or cake or whatever. They need to work out why they feel that way and get rid of those feelings.

Consider changing to a plant based diet (it doesn’t cut out all meat). For me, I had a strong desire to eat healthier and, slowly but surely, I became naturally drawn in that direction (and I was always a Texadelphia kinda guy). It’s been MASSIVE for me ever since. I love it! Best of luck.
Magnus, hey matey. Tell your roomie, Randy, hello for me. His mix he made me in London while you were in Austin is the glory !!

How long have I been working out/comitted to getting in tip-top shape? I joined the bandwagon and started this program Jan.1 - So it’s been just 11 days… Takes 28 days to break old habits? - so 17 more days and I’ll be home free!

What sort of “program” are you trying to lose weight? The reason I ask is that some years ago, I lost a bunch of weight so I might be able to give you a tip or two.
